Office extension and refurbishment of an international corporate office site
Two further subsidiaries have been successfully integrated into the existing Vienna office of a global financial services provider. As part of the reorganisation, various processes, structures and working cultures were taken into account and brought together to form a shared, sustainable working environment.

The planning process began with a feasibility study which examined three existing sites to assess their suitability for the merger of the companies. The aim was to create 60 modern and attractive office workspaces, flexible meeting rooms and open communal areas that encourage interaction and collaboration.
When selecting the furnishings and materials for the interior fit-out, the focus was on recyclability, durability and high-quality room acoustics. The refurbishment of the approximately 1,000 m² of floor space was carried out in two phases whilst the business continued to operate, ensuring that the company’s work processes could be maintained at all times.
