New location - new energy
The situation was typical of established organisations: administration and operations based in different locations, coordination carried out remotely, and unnecessary administrative burdens in day-to-day operations. The new location brings together what belongs together. Functions have been consolidated and daily workflows rethought – so that energy is not only supplied but also used effectively within the organisation.
At the heart of the planning was a workplace concept designed to combine efficiency and well-being.
Workspaces covering around 800 square metres have been created for the approximately 30 staff members, providing an environment that supports their day-to-day work and also offers quiet areas for focused work, such as six think tanks. There is a cafeteria available for breaks. A warm welcome, clear zoning and wayfinding, and modern meeting rooms give customers an inviting and professional impression.
