The Lebensart Foundation is bringing together attractive workplaces for the organisation’s administrative staff in a new building at the Bärau site. In the heart of Switzerland’s Emmental region, the new building offers individual accommodation, professional care, work opportunities and adapted jobs for people with disabilities and the elderly.
The aim of the interior design approach was to offer the possibility to identify with the Lebensart Foundation, in conjunction with flexible work areas. Various different zones were created for individual needs, depending on the activity.
The selection ranges from individual workstations to conference and meeting rooms to lounge areas and zones for informal communication and touchdown spaces in high-traffic areas. Swivel chairs from Girsberger were chosen as innovative and contemporary furnishing solutions for the various workstations.
