As part of the “DNA – Das Neue Arbeiten” (New Ways of Working) project, two different workplaces were brought together in one central location. The extensive renovation was carried out as an upgrade project and was implemented step by step, floor by floor, without interrupting operations. The focus of the project was to achieve a change of culture with the support of innovative architectural design. The new spatial concepts are intended to promote modern working methods and strengthen collaboration within the organisation.

Around 500 workstations have been created over seven floors and an area of 10,000 m², designed for around 800 employees in an open-plan space, with 100 cubicles available for discussions and 20 rooms for larger meetings. In addition, multifunctional project areas, central lounges and flexible project and multifunctional rooms for different requirements have been integrated on each floor.
