Akio Steel is a member of the Akio table family and has a tubular steel frame. Its slim appearance is due to the legs, which have a diameter of 30 mm. Various tabletop shapes and sizes in oak or walnut are available, as well as optional media technology elements. It also comes as a high table. The frame is available either chromium-plated or with a black powder coating. There is a space-saving version especially for home offices measuring 160 x 80 cm.

Design

Mathias Seiler

Born in 1963, he studied industrial design at Hamburg University of Fine Arts under the tutelage of Prof. Dieter Rams. He has worked internationally as a product designer for various renowned furniture makers and has received numerous awards. Mathias Seiler has had overall responsibility for design and marketing at Girsberger since 2010.
